MINUTES

Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:45 AM on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Thursday, March 7, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF 1358 (Falk) be re-referred to the Environment Policy Committee and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 1.10 of the House Rules be waived.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF 1359 (Mahoney) be re-referred to the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 1.10 of the House Rules be waived.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF 1389 (Kahn) be re-referred to the Government Operations Committee and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 1.10 of the House Rules be waived.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF 1390 (Kahn) be re-referred to the Government Operations Committee and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 1.10 of the House Rules be waived.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that HF 1448 (Norton) be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 1.10 of the House Rules be waived.
