Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m., Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

HF2543 (Hortman) Second Engrossment Data classified, reporting requirements modified, permitting efficiencies modified and created, Pollution Control Agency duties modified, administrative penalty order and field citation provisions modified, civil penalties provided, rulemaking required, and money appropriated.
Representative Wagenius moved HF2543 Second Engrossment, be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.
Representative Wagenius moved to amend HF2543 Second Engrossment (see attached
2543A6 amendment) THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hortman explained HF2543 as amended.
