Representative David Dill, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the nineteenth meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., on February 25, 2014, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Isaacson moved that the minutes of April 10, 2013 be approved.

Glenn Delguidice, Moose Project Leader, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Ron Moen, Natural Resources Research Institute presented information on Moose Research in Minnesota. Paul Telander, Minnesota Department of Resources, also answered questions presented by members
Representative Persell moved that HF 896, relating to natural resources; requiring contract to design electric fish barriers, be re-referred to the Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture Finance Committee.
Representative Persell moved that HF 896 be amended as follows:
Page 1, line 1.10 strike “2013” insert “2014”
