MINUTES

Representative David Dill, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the sixteenth meeting to order at 4:05 p.m., on April 3, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamara moved the minutes of April 2, 2013 be approved.

MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Persell continued presentation of HF 1122 from the meeting of the committee on April 2, 2013.

Representative Persell moved amendment H1122A2 to HF 1122.
MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Persell moved that HF 1122, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Rules Committee.
MOTION PREVAILED

Chair moved that HF 128 - relating to solid waste, amending process for cities to implement organized collection of solid waste - be recommended to pass and be re-referred to Rules Committee.
MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Slocum presented HF 128.
