Senator Wiger, Chairing the Joint Committee on Education Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM, February 7, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
The Integration Revenue Replacement Advisory Task Force presented information, including the 2012 report and recommendations. Testifiers included Anne Parks - Minnesota Department of Education Equity and Innovation Supervisor; Rose Hermodson - Minnesota Department of Education Assistant Commissioner; Scott Thomas - Executive Director of Magnet Schools of America and Co-Chair of the Integration Revenue Replacement Advisory Task Force; and Bob Erickson, Lakeville Public Schools Board Member and Integration Revenue Replacement Advisory Task Force member.
Committee members' questions and comments were addressed throughout the presentation.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:52 AM.
