Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:25 AM, February 12th, 2013 in Basement Room of the State Office Building.

Chairman Lesch motioned to approve February 6, 2013 minutes. Motion prevailed.
HF 369 (Freiberg) Uniform Community Property Rights at Death Act adopted.
Representative Freiberg presented his bill.
