MINUTES
Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:19 A.M. on February 2, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Marquart moved that the minutes of January 26, 2011 be adopted.
THE MINUTES ARE ADOPTED.
House Research and House Fiscal staff continued their presentation on the Minnesota Property Taxes System from the January 26th, 2011 meeting.
Mark Haveman, Executive Director, Minnesota Taxpayers Association gave a presentation on potential Local Government Aid reform.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 A.M.
