Representative Gunther, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m. on Febuary 8, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Howes approved Committee minutes of February 1, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the Department of Employee and Economic Development was Commissioner Mark Phillips and Mark Lofthus, Director of Community Development Division, Bonnie Elsey, Workforce Development Director, Craig Gustafson, Chief Unemployment Judge and Keith Goodwin, Unemployment Insurance Director.
Testifying before committee on behalf of Enterprise Minnesota was Robert Kill, President and CEO.
Vice Chair McFarlane assumed gavel at 1:40 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:57 p.m.
