MINUTES

Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on March 6, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF2468 (Vogel) School district pension subtraction repealed.

Representative Garofalo moved HF2468 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Vogel presented HF2468.

Representative Garofalo laid over HF2468 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

HF2647 (Myhra) Public data definition relating to agreements involving payment of public money clarified.

Representative Myhra moved HF2647 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Civil Law.

Representative Myhra presented HF2647.

Representative Loon moved HF2651 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Education Reform.
