Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:35 P.M. on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1865 (Gottwalt) MinnesotaCare service provision modified, healthy Minnesota plan requirements established, and healthy Minnesota accounts established for MinnesotaCare enrollees

Representative Gottwalt moved that HF1865 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Gottwalt moved the H1865A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Ruud moved that HF1795 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Justice.

Representative Ruud moved the H1795DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
