Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:45 P.M. on Thursday, March 12, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Thissen moved that HF580 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Abeler moved the H0580A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Thissen renewed his motion that HF580, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Abeler moved that HF272 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Thissen moved that HF1036 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
