Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:39 P.M. on March 4, 2010, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Slocum moved that the minutes of March 2, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 2781 (Obermueller) Labor and industry licensing provisions modified, and license fees modified and imposed.

Representative Atkins moved that the Committee Report on HF 2781 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Atkins moved HF 2781.

Representative Atkins moved the A10-2243 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Atkins moved to orally amend HF 2781 as follows:
Line 4.3, delete $80 and insert $90; delete $160 and insert $180; delete $240 and insert $260. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Atkins moved HF 3025.

Representative Atkins moved to orally amend HF 3025 as follows:
Delete lines 13.16 through 13.24. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
