MINUTES


Representative Leon Lillie, Vice-Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:38 P.M. on February 17, 2008, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Slocum moved that the minutes of February 12th, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF417 (Atkins) Damage recovery and attorney fees provided for breach of insurance policy

Representative Atkins moved HF417.

Representative Atkins moved the H0417A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Atkins moved the H0417A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
