Chair Thomas Huntley called to order the sixty-first meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division at 2:01 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present and the clerk noted the roll:

Representative Hosch moved approval of the April 15, 2010 minutes. The motion prevailed.
