HF2813 (Dittrich) A bill for an act relating to education; creating an independent agency to oversee the management of Minnesota’s permanent school fund lands.
Representative Dittrich provided informational testimony.
Margaret Bird, Director, Utah’s Children’s Land Alliance Supporting Schools, and Kevin Carter, Director, Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, presented "Trust Land Comparisons Among States."
Representative Marquart moved the minutes of March 11, 2010 be adopted.
