Chair Persell called the meeting to order at 8:36 A.M. on February 25, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present at 8:47.
Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources, presented the governor’s supplemental budget recommendations.
Len Price, Executive Director, Conservation Corps Minnesota, presented the governor’s supplemental budget recommendations.
Rep. Knuth moved the minutes of Feb 23. The motion prevailed and the minutes were approved.
The committee adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
