Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Thursday, December 3, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Mahoney moved to adopt the minutes of the May 14, 2009 as presented.

A subcommittee addressing the issue of establishing a policy relating to ordering fiscal notes was established. Members are: Rep. Abeler, Rep. Hoppe, Rep. Carlson (ex-officio), Rep. Huntley, Rep. Kahn (Chair), Rep. Rudd, Rep. Scalze, Rep. Solberg (ex-officio), Rep. Holberg (ex-officio)
