Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:34 a.m. Thursday April 23, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Magnus moved the minutes from the Tuesday April 21, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 1 hour for the Omnibus Early Childhood Education Finance Bill, 6 hours for the Omnibus K-12 Education Finance Bill, 5 hours for the Omnibus State Government Finance Bill, 3 hours for the Omnibus Jobs & Economic Development Finance Bill, 8 hours for the Omnibus Health Care and Human Services Finance Bill, 4 hours for the Omnibus Public Safety Finance Bill, 3 hours for the Omnibus Transportation Policy Bill, and 6 hours for the Omnibus Taxes Bill.
Representative Westrom moved to orally amend the time parameters to read 4 hours for the Omnibus Jobs & Economic Development Finance Bill. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Sertich renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated.
Representative Dettmer requested a roll call vote.
