Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m., Monday, April 19, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Seifert moved that the minutes of April 15, 2010, as amended to show Representative Bruce Anderson present, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Sertich moved that time parameters for the Fiscal Calendar for Monday, April 15, 2010, be set as follows: HF 3279 - 90 minutes, HF 3386 – 30 minutes, and SF 2846 – 20 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Sertich moved that House Concurrent Resolution 5, relating to adjournment for more than three days, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED

The meeting was recessed at 12:07 p.m.
