Representative Mary Liz Holberg, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the Sixteenth meeting to order at 12:32 P.M. on Thursday March 17, 2005, in
Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Magnus moved approval of the March 15, 2005 Transportation Finance Committee Meeting Minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

SF0004 (Sams) Gasoline minimum ethanol content requirement increase; petroleum replacement goal. HF0223 (Davids) Ethanol minimum content in gasoline increased.

Representative Magnus moved SF0004 be heard by the Transportation Finance Committee.

Representative Davids presented SF0004.

Representative Anderson moved amendment S0004A17 (see attached).

Representative Holberg moved amendment S0004A16 (see attached).

Representative Holberg incorporated the following verbal amendments to amendment S0004A16:

Representative Holberg renewed her motion that amendment S0004A16, as amended, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved amendment S0004A19 (see attached).

Representative Holberg renewed her motion that amendment S0004A14, as amended, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Anderson moved amendment S0004A15 (see attached).

Representative Anderson renewed his motion that amendment A15, as amended, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hornstein moved amendment H0223A4 (see attached).

Representative Holberg laid amendment H0223A4 on the table.

Representative Holberg laid SF0004, as amended, on the table.

Chair Holberg adjourned the meeting at 2:25 P.M.
