Representative Ron Erhardt, Chairman of the Transportation Policy Committee, called the Thirty-Second meeting to order at 2:40 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. B. Anderson moved approval of the March 28, 2006 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Ruth moved approval of HF3438(Ruth) Driver's license suspension for attempting to pay vehicle taxes or fees with insufficient funds authorized, and recommended it be placed on the General Register.

Rep. Ruth offered the following oral amendment to HF3438:

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presenting testimony in support of HF3438, as amended, were:

Rep. Ruth renewed her motion to approve HF3438, as amended, and place it on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Holberg moved approval of HF3472(Junhke) Recreational vehicle combination definition modified to include golf carts, and recommended it be placed on the General Register.

Rep. Juhnke presented HF3472.

Rep. Holberg renewed her motion to approve HF3472 and place it on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Erhardt moved approval of HF 3265(Ellison) Cities of the first class authorized to allow advertising on trash and recycling receptacles placed in rights-of-way of streets and highways, and recommended that it be re-referred to the Committee on Local Government.

Rep. Erhardt moved approval of the A06-1413 amendment to HF3265(Ellison). THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Ellison presented HF3265, as amended.
