Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the sixth meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Finstad moved approval of minutes for February 2, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.


Representative Blaine moved approval of minutes for February 1, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.


The Office of the Governor gave an overview of its budget request.
Testifying were: Bob Schroeder, Deputy Chief of Staff
Paula Brown, Operations Director

The Office of the Attorney General gave an overview of its budget request.
Testifying were: Mike Hatch, Attorney General

The Office of the State Auditor gave an overview of its budget request.
Testifying were: Pat Anderson, State Auditor

The meeting adjourned at 9:59 a.m.
