STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chairman of the State Government Finance Committee, called the twenty-eigth meeting to order at 9:10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2005 in the Room 500 South of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Members absent:
A quorum was present.
Representative Solberg moved approval of minutes for April 19, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chairman Seifert moved HF2243 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Keith Payden, Deputy Commissioner, Dept of Administration
Chairman Seifert moved the delete-everything amendment labeled “H2243DE3”.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kahn moved the amendment labeled “H2243A7”.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kahn moved the amendment labeled “H2243A6”.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Kahn moved the amendment labeled “H2243A8”.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chairman Seifert renewed his motion moving HF 2243, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
