MINUTES
Representative Bob Gunther, Chair of the Jobs & Economic Opportunity Policy & Finance Committee, called the third meeting to order at 8:21 a.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Mahoney moved to approve the minutes of January 12, 2005. The motion prevailed and the minutes of January 12, 2005, were approved.
Chair Gunther introduced the presentation by the Department of Commerce.

Chair Gunther turned the gavel over to Vice Chair Garofalo at 9:20 am.
The meeting was adjourned by Vice Chair Garofalo at 9:58 am.
