      The House of Representatives convened at 10:00 a.m. and was called to order by Speaker pro tempore Dan Wolgamott.

 

      Prayer was offered by the Reverend Denise Dunbar-Perkins, Retired Minister, Presbyterian Church of the Twin Cities.

 

      The members of the House gave the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
