      Prayer was offered by Bishop Richard Howell, Jr., Pastor of Shiloh Temple International Ministries, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Bishop of the Minnesota and Dakotas District Council, The 7th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.

IN MEMORIAM

 

      The members of the House of Representatives paused for a moment of silence in memory of former Representative Randolph W. "Randy" Staten, Sr., of Minneapolis, Minnesota who served from 1981 to 1986, who passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020.
