      The House of Representatives convened at 7:01 a.m. and was called to order by Kurt Daudt, Speaker of the House.

 

      Prayer was offered by Representative Joe McDonald, District 29A, Delano, Minnesota.

 

      The members of the House gave the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

      Peterson was excused.

 

      Lohmer was excused until 7:05 p.m.

 

      The Chief Clerk proceeded to read the Journal of the preceding day.  There being no objection, further reading of the Journal was dispensed with and the Journal was approved as corrected by the Chief Clerk.

      The House reconvened and was called to order by the Speaker.

 

 

      Lesch was excused between the hours of 2:35 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

 

      Torkelson moved that the action whereby H. F. No. 3 was given its third reading on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 be now reconsidered.  The motion prevailed.

      The Speaker called Albright to the Chair.
