F. 2407, A bill for an act relating to environment; providing a product stewardship framework operated and funded by producers to collect, recycle, and dispose of products at the end of their useful lives; creating an account; providing civil penalties; requiring a report; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 115A.

The bill was read for the first time and referred to the Committee on Environment Policy and Oversight.
