F. 4839, A bill for an act relating to human rights; providing certain protections to individuals in Minnesota from enforcement of laws from other states prohibiting or restricting the individual or the individual's child from receiving gender-affirming care; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 363A.
