Representative Brad Tabke, Vice-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 08:31 A.M., on March 9, 2023, in Room 120 of the State Capitol.

Representative Petersburg moved the minutes of March 7, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF401 (Hornstein) Various policy changes provided to transportation-related provisions, and money appropriated.
Chair Hornstein moved that HF401 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Chair Hornstein moved the A5 amendment to HF401. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Hornstein presented HF401, as amended.
