Representative Aisha Gomez, Chair of the Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on January 17, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Norris motioned to move the minutes of January 11th, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 231 (Davids) A bill for an act relating to taxation; establishing a taxpayer receipt; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 289A.08, by adding a subdivision; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 16A.
Representative Davids moves that HF 231 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.
