STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on January 12, 2023, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Huot moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 10, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1 (Kotyza-Witthuhn); A bill for an act relating to health; establishing a fundamental right to reproductive health; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 145.

Chair Klevorn moved that HF 1 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn presented HF 1.

Representative Nadeau moved the H0001A8 Amendment.

Representative Nadeau requested a roll call vote.
