Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:31 AM on March 9, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Frazier moved that the minutes from March 7, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 635 (Greenman) Election official intimidation prohibited, interference with performance of duty of election administration by election official prohibited, tampering with or unauthorized access to types of election systems and equipment prohibited, penalties provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Moller moved that HF 635 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
