Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM on February 3, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF 396 (Becker-Finn) Safe storage of firearms and ammunition required, locking device required to be included in each firearm transfer, and criminal penalties imposed.

Rep. Becker-Finn moved that HF 396 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
