HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Finance, called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM on February 16, 2023 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Bahner moved that the minutes of February 14, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 584 (Edelson); Medical assistance reimbursement rates increased for home care services.

Chair Noor moved that HF 584 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Human Services Finance omnibus bill.

Chair Noor renewed the motion that HF 584 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future Human Services Finance omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

HF 2 (Richardson); Paid family, pregnancy, bonding, and applicant's serious medical condition benefits provided; employment leaves regulated and required; data classified; rulemaking authorized; and money appropriated.

Chair Noor moved that HF 2 be re-referred to the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee.
