ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FINANCE & POLICY MINUTES



Representative Hodan Hassan, Chair of the Committee on Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:34 AM on January 18, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.



The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Igo moved that the minutes from the committee on January 18, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 24 (Jordan) A bill for an act relating to capital investment; establishing a grant program to replace lead drinking water service lines; establishing grant program for mapping lead service lines; requiring report; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 446A.



Representative Hassan moved that HF 24 be re-referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.



Representative Hassan moved the HF0024A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.



Representative Jordan presented HF 24, as amended.



Representative Hassan renewed the motion that HF 24, as amended, be re-referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee. MOTION PREVAILED.



The meeting was adjourned at 11:46 AM.
