CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M. on March 21st, 2024, in Room 200N of the State Office Building.

Representative Perez-Vega moved the DE5 Amendment. THE MOTION PASSED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF4425 (Hemmingsen-Jaeger) – Home day care restrictions prohibited.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved to re-refer HF4425 to the General Register.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION WAS ADOPTED, THE BILL WAS AMENDED.

Representative Hemmingsen-Jaeger renewed her motion to re-refer HF4425 as amended to the General Register. THE MOTION PASSED.
