CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 20, 2024, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Skraba moved that the minutes from March 18, 2024 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Xiong assumed the gavel at 1:37 PM.

HF 3584 (Lee) Debt capacity reporting by political subdivisions required in capital budget submissions.

Chair Lee presented HF 3584 on an informational basis.
