SUBCOMMITTEE ON LEGISLATIVE PROCESS REFORM MINUTES

Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Subcommittee on Legislative Process Reform, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 12, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Wolgamott moved that the minutes of February 5, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Bills not introduced at the time of the meeting are indicated by the House Research or Revisor code.

Representative Daudt presented MG022, a bill for an act relating to state government; establishing a COVID-19 public health response; extending or terminating certain executive orders; modifying expiration dates of certain laws enacted in response to COVID-19.

Representative Baker presented AS025, a bill for an act relating to business operation; creating a timeline for ending restrictions on businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
