MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 4:55 P.M. on Monday, May 10, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 4:55 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of May 6, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to waive committee deadlines for future action on HF 1758 pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and House Concurrent Resolution 4, and that the bill be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:57 P.M.
