JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW MINUTES

Representative Jamie Becker-Finn, Chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on February 2, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative ¬¬Her moved that the minutes of January 28, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Becker-Finn moved that HF 269 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Morrison presented HF 269, a bill for an act relating to health occupations; creating a psychology interjurisdictional compact; appropriating money; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 148.
