MINUTES

Representative Xiong, Vice-Chair of the Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance and Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. on March 2, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Raleigh moved to approve the minutes of March 1, 2022 with the correction of the misspelling of the word “Representative”. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Xiong moved that HF3657 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Jurgens presented HF3657.

Representative Xiong renewed his motion to lay HF3657 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Xiong moved that HF2966 be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy committee.

Representative Xiong moved the A3 amendment to the DE1 amendment to HF2966. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Xiong moved the DE1 amendment, as amended, to HF2966 THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Koznick presented HF2966.
