Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 17, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dettmer moved that the minutes from March 16, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.


HF 1577 (Koznick) Department of Labor and Industry required to study disabled or injured police officer benefit adequacy.

The Chair moved that HF 1577 be referred the Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Koznick presented the bill.

HF 1337 (Lislegard) Career pathway grant program created, online learning through authorized through contracts with qualifying supplemental online learning providers, and money appropriated.

The Chair moved that HF 1337 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Lislegard presented the bill.
