Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 AM on March 12, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nelson moved that the minutes from March 10, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 1181 (Bernardy) Higher education policy changes made, including student access restrictions to transcripts, grant and loan program modifications, school accountability provisions, and college savings plants.

The Chair moved that HF 1181 be referred the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Bernardy presented the bill.
