Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 2, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Xiong moved that the minutes from February 24, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 1015 (Marquart) Building and fire code requirements clarified for rural event center public places of accommodation, and rulemaking required.

The Chair moved that HF 1015 be referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy.

The Chair moved the DE1 amendment. Motion prevailed.

Representative Marquart presented the bill as amended.
