MINUTES

Representative Gomez, Chair of the Preventing Homelessness Division, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:31 AM, on March 30, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The clerk noted the roll.

Representative Koegel moved that the minutes of March 23, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Gomez moved that HF 4225 be referred to the Human Services Committee.

Chair Gomez moved the DE2 amendment.

Vice Chair Keeler moved the A1 author’s amendment to the DE2 amendment. THE A1 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Neu Brindley moved the A2 amendment to the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Representative Neu Brindley moved the A3 amendment to the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Representative Neu Brindley moved the A4 amendment to the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Representative Heinrich moved the A5 amendment to the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Representative Neu Brindley moved the A6 amendment to the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Chair Gomez renewed the motion to adopt the DE2 amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Gomez renewed the motion that HF 4225, as amended, be referred to Human Services Finance and Policy.

The clerk took the roll on House File 4225 as amended.
