MINUTES


Representative Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on February 24, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative HOWARD moved to approve the minutes from February 22, 2022. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair HOWARD assumed the gavel at 10:32 A.M.

HF3667(Hausman); COVID-19; temporary emergency rental assistance program established, and money appropriated.

Representative HAUSMAN moved that HF3667 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Hausman introduced an amendment to HF3667, the DE1 amendment.

Representative HAUSMAN moved to adopt the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hausman introduced HF3667, as amended.

Representative HOWARD moved that HF2860 be re-referred to the committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
