COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Connie Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance and Policy Division, called the virtual committee meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Heintzeman moved to approve the minutes from January 20, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The University of Minnesota presented an overview of their legislative priorities.
