MINUTES

Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on March 16, 2022, remotely via Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lead Albright moved that the minutes from March 15, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2416 (Marquart) White Earth Band of Ojibwe tribal government grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Schultz laid HF2416 over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy Omnibus bill.
HF3738 (Hanson, J.) Children's therapeutic service and support modified, commissioner of human services directed to develop a new Medicaid-eligible mental health benefit for children and families, and report required.
Rep. Hanson moved to adopt the division report from the Behavioral Health Policy Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
