HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-SECOND SESSION
LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION MINUTES
Representative Sandra Masin, Chair of the Division on Local Government, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on February 16, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Elkins moved that the minutes from February 9, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Masin moved that HF 3176 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance and Elections.
Representative Freiberg presented HF 3176, A bill for an act relating to local government; expanding eligibility for long-term equity investment.
Chair Masin moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Testifiers on HF 3176 as amended:

Chair Masin renewed the motion that HF 3176, as amended, be re-referred to State Government Finance and Elections Committee.
Chair Masin requested a roll call on HF 2894 as amended.
